It's Finally December!

I'm so excited, December is my favorite. OK IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY GO WATCH "HE IS THE GIFT" AND SHARE IT WITH EVERYONE. The church is great. I'm absolutely in love with this message, and so glad to be able to share it. We're trying to get all of our members here to share it online and with their friends. We're also trying our best to watch it on the street, we just have yet to find someone who has a smartphone and is willing to watch it with us. It'll happen though. Christmas is here, and there's nothing better than sharing the message of Christ.
This week was so good. We taught another 20 lessons! Woot woot! This time was a lot less stressful because we were here all week. making sure we teach just 3 lessons a day is super simple, especially once you put your mind to it.

Thursday we had district meeting in Carcassonne, and afterwards had a big feast that the DMP/ward mission leader of Carcassonne made. So good. We also took time to reflect on all the things that we were greatful for. On the train to Carcassonne that morning I decided to write down 50 things that I was grateful for. I found myself filling an entire page of my journal of things. There are so many things that I am grateful for. I am so blessed! Also the the view from the trainride was one of the most spectacular things I've ever seen. There's a big lake that we pass, and since it was early in the morning, it was still dark, and the lake looked like it was made of silver. Far off in the distance you could see the sun begin to rise, so there was just a small sliver of red behind the silver/blue clouds. It was incredible.

It has been raining nonstop here! Ever since monday it has been cloudy, thundering, raining, everything. Which is so bizarre because it NEVER rains in Perpignan. But the rain always brings miracles, so it's great. It's also been washing away the numerous amounts of dog poop that Perpignan is known for. So that's great too.

This week our zone is having a Mango Monster Week. Every equippe in the zone is going to teach 20 lessons. Each day we have something specific to focus on. This is how we're doing it:

Monday-M-Make your choice-we're all choosing to teach 20 lessons and work extra HARD this week. We're each making personal committment. We also are making little cards with our title of liberty and keeping it in our planners. I made mine this morning. Dumbledore made the front page.

Tuesday-A-Make calls-we'll all be calling and setting RDV's with 5 old amis, 5 amis, and 5 potentials. I can't wait because we have a lot of great potentials!

Wednesday-N-MANGO MONSTER DAY!-we're all leaving the apartment at 10:30 am and not returning until 9:30 pm. We will be teaching ALL day and working the hardest we can.

Thursday-G-Follow up-we're going to follow up on how we're doing, as well as our personal committments that we made.

Friday-O-Pray every hour! As a zone we will be praying every hour of the day for reinforcements. It will definitely be a day of miracles. So excited.

Saturday-S-Smile! Our goal is to get complimented on our smiles. We will be smiling all day! This is great because I definitely need to work on this.

Sunday-!-Pedal to the Metal-Sunday we'll be doing all we can to reach our goal of teaching 20 lessons. It's going to be amazing. I can't wait to hear all the miracles that the other equippes will have.

This mission is amazing, and we have so much potential to do even more. People think that France isn't a baptizing place, but it is! We're determined to not let other people's expectations define us.

Mince, I was going to say something else but I forgot.

Please pray for Soeur Sopi and I, as well as the Montpellier Zone this week. We need your prayers!

Je vous aime beacoup! Share the gift!

I remember what I wanted to say!Louis and Flavie are doing well! Well mostly Flavie, because Louis is usually working. But Flavie is amazing! She reads the chapters we give her, asks good questions, and understands everything! I love her so much! I don't want to leave Perpignan until I see her baptized. She is ready! The only thing holding her back is coming to church. On wednesday we went over and taught the gospel of Jesus Christ. At the end, I asked her how we can perserver jusqu'a la fin. She said reading and praying. Yes! Then I slipped in the importance of church attendance. We committed her to come to church on Sunday and we agreed. Since she lives just 5 minutes from the church, we agreed to pick her up right before sacrament meeting so we could go together. Yesterday we went over, but unfortunately, Louis was at work and had taken their one set of keys, so Flavie couldn't leave the apartment. WE WERE SO CLOSE!! But next week we determined to overcome all obstacles and get her to sacrament meeting. I know it's going to be so good for her. She needs friends, and she'll love the Spirit that is there. Anyways that's it. I love seeing the light in her eyes when she understands and sees the blessings that come from reading the scriptures and praying. Her son who is only 2 has already gotten into the habit of praying on his knees! Yesterday he opened the Bible and Book of Mormon and said "Jesus Christ?" So presh.
In love with my desk
Soeur Sopi and I had fun playing in the leaves in Narbonne. Really wanted to dive into them butttt
Pretty building in Narbonne
We made cookies but put them on the cooling rack a little too early. The middle fell. We were practically crying trying to get the cookie back. RIP
We ate with Lucie one of our recent converts last night. She's so precious. We tried to take an old fashion serious picture. I'm in love with it. We also taught her what a selfie was.

my title of liberty/Mango committment card.
